Shipping Information
Standard Delivery
- Most purchases are shipped directly from our Lake Worth warehouse, to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order.
- Items that are sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive together in the same box. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
- Where online tracking in available, the tracking link is included in your “Invoice confirmation” email. Tracking may require 24 hours to appear in our system due to potential delays in receipt of information from individual carriers.
Additional Information For Shipping Wine
- Standard delivery on Wine is five to seven business days from receipt of order.
- All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained by individuals over the age of 21 years.
- Shipping charges are calculated at the end of wine shopping.
- If an order includes other food and non consumable products wine will be shipped separately, shipping costs will be consolidated in these cases.
- If a wine item is not available for immediate shipment we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment.

- Due to our strict quality standards, we are unable to ship outside the United States or to PO boxes.
- Entertaining Lifestyles does not ship on weekends or holidays. Entertaining Lifestyles reserves the right to delay releases of shipments to ensure the product quality.
- Under normal conditions orders placed before 5:30pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day. Orders placed after 5:30pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship on weekends.

Colors
We have done our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our Web site. However, we cannot guarantee the colors that will be displayed by your monitor to be the exact color of our products because each monitor's colors varies.
Damaged Merchandise
We make every effort to protect our merchandise while in transit to you. Upon receipt of your purchase, you must inspect your package for any shipping damages. If you should receive a damaged packaged, you must contact our office within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and retain all packing materials along with damaged product. Please note: we will not be able to refund any damaged items without original packing materials and damaged products.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any merchandise within 30 days with your original receipt
by mail. Pending inspection, a merchandise exchange or refund to
the original credit card will be issued to you for the value of the item
including taxes. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom and special orders are not returnable.
