Entertaining Lifestyles is a new web-based company catering to those who enjoy entertaining at home frequently, but whose demanding lifestyles don't allow time for the thoughtful shopping and considered menu planning that are fundamental to a successful party. Within this site, visitors can order everything from invitations, glassware, party favors and wines to a wide range of imaginative ingredients, including tapenades, coffees, marinades and aged vinegars. Cakebread Cellars, Justin Vineyards, Impulse (glassware) and Jack and Lulu (invitations) are among the site's vendors. The site will also include tips, recipes and Q&A's with acclaimed chefs and party planners.
Yamile Linderman is the company's co-founder. A wife and mother who frequently entertains at home, Yamile was inspired to create Entertaining Lifestyles for similarly busy women who share her passion for entertaining but are pressed for time. Yamile proved to be an accomplished party planner at an early age. Growing up in a Cuban-American household, Yamile started planning her own birthday parties at the age of three. Today, with her husband, a food and beverage director of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, she's translated a career in catering into the first web-based company to combine the essentials of home entertaining into one easy-to-use site. Together, the Lindermans boast a combined 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
